Surprise Day!!!

As i walked passed those beautiful show glass i could see how beautiful the store looks. I could see a reflection of myself likewise, i could see how pretty i looked today wearing my baggie rugged jean on a crop top, with a nice pair of sneakers. I realized how pretty i was and imagined my life been pretty as well. A flashback of what happened the previous night sadden my heart, because i still couldn't place what went wrong......
Yesterday was suppose to be lovers day, as the society labels it.... February 14 (valentine's day) so much love and affection are been displayed by loved ones, that you can agree to. But turns out Frank doesn't celebrate February 14!!!
Frank! what do u mean by you don't  celebrate val.... i was raging over the phone, but his soft voice melted my heart when he said..... Baby' you know i love you' i don't need a day to prove my love towards you'
Stella; Yes its true frank but i would appreciate a different way of loving me tomorrow.
Frank: Moreover i have to be in Abuja tomorrow, and i wont be back till Sunday,
Stella: Do u realize val is Saturday?
I was heart broken but i just needed to accept the fact that he wont be available. On my bed, i wondered what he must be doing, i picked up my phone and called him.....
Hello Dear am on my way to your house, so i could help out in fixing the house, probably prepare some dishes and stock them in the fridge.

Yes i know my baby was a pretty busy man, but for Christ sake.... Its a public holiday. Who doesn't deserve some rest..... huh
OK i responded sounding disappointed but i had it all figured out..... I thought i should play out a little surprise for my man' My sorry ass didn't see this coming..........

OTHELLOS, was a beautiful place to work, especially the warmth of the surrounding. The beautiful people i found myself surrounded with, they were so welcoming and nice. Yes i loved the fact that i was able to dress decent as a waitress, unlike other lounges. I resumed work on a lovely Wednesday evening, found myself nervous, scared and a bit distracted. As much as i wanted the job, i just knew inside of me that this was the list of all jobs i wanted to do.
